R0004 - Agile Product Owner

Mission

Represent stakeholders and voice of customers, ensuring alignment with Scrum methodology.
Prioritize product needs and maintain Product Backlog.
Ensure Development Team's understanding and consistency across Sprints.
Lead initiative boards and coordinate NAC process. Manage roadmap, project monitoring, and reporting.
Initiate priority management and risk and issue management.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and make decisions on functionalities.
Promote Agile mindset and crossfunctional collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Agile Product Owner.
Mandatory technical experience; preferable business experience.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Expertise in agile methodologies and budget management. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
