R0017 - Scrum Master

Mission

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure proper use of Agile Methodology, and coach the Project Team.
Provide assistance to Product Owner, track team capacity/velocity metrics, and manage project methodology.
Remove barriers to team effectiveness, coach/challenge the Project Team, and promote Agile methods.

Requirements

Experience in agile reporting, software development methodology, and project management.
Expert knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) and Delivery management.
Strong communication, networking, influencing, and leadership skills.
Fluency in English and at least one local language.
